This was Javier's first product design and is composed of construction re-bars and aptly named Lumifer; a portmanteau of Portuguese luminaria and ferro, meaning iron light.

The rough finishes and patinas gives the fixture a retro industrial design that is accentuated by the movement of its pivoting arms and rotating shades. The arms can be extended and can vary slightly in its configuration, length and geometry. This allows flexibility that when applied to the hinged mechanism opens up a radial movement.
